RISK MANAGEMENT

Identifying, assessing, managing and following risks are an essential part in the project’s preparation and implementation processes. It helps us to prepare for situations that would otherwise impact negatively the project. While reflecting over the risks of the project we are able to identify vulnerable areas and find appropriate measures to deal with the risks.
