  • Snipping Tool

    Snipping Tool is a screenshot utility included in Windows Vista and later. It can take screenshots of an open window, rectangular areas, a free-form area, or the entire screen. Snips can then be annotated using a mouse or a tablet, stored as an image file (PNG, GIF, or JPEG file) or an MHTML file, or e-mailed. Snipping Tool allows for basic image editing of the snapshot, with different colored pens, an eraser, and a highlighter.

    Mail2Cloud is an application for Chrome. It manages attachment, schedule emails, privately share files, use reply timeout and get read receipts and reminders.     Google Keep is a note taking application developed by Google. Google Keep is available as a mobile app for the Android and iOS mobile operating systems and as a web application. Google Keep has several features including color coding notes, inserting images, creating lists, geo-fencing, shareable notes, and search by color. Users can set time or location-based reminders for notes. Reminders set through Keep are also accessible by other Google applications. Voice recordings created through Keep are automatically transcribed. Google Keep allows users to convert text notes into checklists. Google Keep allows users to categorize notes using labels, and notes are searchable based on their color, whether they have a reminder, audio, images, or are a list.


  • iCal

    iCalendar is a personal calendar application made by Apple Inc. that runs on both the OS X desktop operating system and iOS mobile operating system. It offers online cloud backup of calendars using Apple's iCloud service, or can synchronise with other calendar services, including Google Calendar and Microsoft Exchange Server. It tracks events and appointments, allows multiple calendar views (such as calendars for "home", "work", and other calendars you create) to quickly identify conflicts and free time. Users can subscribe to other calendars so they can keep up with friends and colleagues, and other things such as athletic schedules and television programs.

  • Snagit

    Snagit is a screenshot program that captures video display and audio output. Snagit replaces the native print screen function with additional features. It allows batch capture of embedded items such as links, pictures, and multimedia. The user can set parameters and keyboard shortcuts to capture particular types of data, which are stored in a folder. The software can also follow links in web pages, capturing the specified data from the linked pages.
