The final evaluation meeting for the “Project Instruments for Erasmus+” was hosted by ACSCVJ, our Romanian partner organisation, in Sibiu, Romania between the 28th of April and 2nd of May. The aim of the last meeting was to give to the Project Management Group the possibility to reflect and evaluate the work done in the project as well as the learning and development happened for each partner organization. In the same time we have developed a customize list of documents and information that the partners must sent to the Swedish project manager in order to sort, archivate and report the project.

A dedicated session for future projects was also organized and the partners have looked into what other needs related with project management they have in their organizations and how the work to approach these other issues can look like.
